While safety measures are in place, guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and use the in-room safes provided. Hotel Yamuna Inn is also not liable for any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies occurring on the premises. In case of emergencies, guests should immediately inform the front desk, and necessary assistance will be provided.
Guests can book rooms through our website, phone, or third-party booking platforms. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation. Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or canceled, while refundable bookings may have cancellation charges based on the hotel's policy. Any no-show will result in full booking charges. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Our restaurant operates on a first-come, first-served basis, though table reservations are available upon request. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the restaurant. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must inform the staff before placing their order. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 21 and above, with valid ID proof. Food wastage due to excessive ordering may be subject to an additional charge.
Special dining events, buffets, or pre-booked meals are non-refundable. Service charges may apply, and all bills must be settled at the time of dining. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised immediately before leaving the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unruly behavior, causing disturbances, or violating restaurant policies.
